I need to delete a Sipy device from the Sigfox (france) backend for obtaining the new PAC for this device.
Like this I hope to install this device on the Belgium Sigfox backend ( Engie ).
      Any suggests are welcome.

@jiemde Don't delete it from sigfox back end.
Connect to sigfox backend, select "DEVICE", click on "ID" number and on information page the seventh line is
the PAC i suppose you need to use on Engie portal to register your device (it's not the PAC i have use in my first subscription so i think it's a new one as explained here https://ask.sigfox.com/questions/514/what-is-the-significance-of-pac-porting-authorizat.html )
Try and come back to tell us if it's works ;-)

@jiemde Sorry, i have it on my page with some button on the top off the page "Suspend" "disengage sequence number" "edit" and "transfer" but and i think the main difference is there's your device is "off contract" since 24/06/18 . I think the better you can do is to phone to sigfox paris or labège

You can check out this company. They've got nice reviews and a great portfolio of resolved cases. I'm sure they'll be able to help.
