GPy and Expansion Board 2.0

I am using Orange LTE-M network sim to connect my GPy and Expansion Board 2.0.
It is not attached. Any help? why it is not working?
Do I need to use Expansio Board 3.0?

A version 2.0 expansion board should be fine. It would help debug the issue if we could know what country are you trying to connect to orange in however :)
