1.18.1.r7 -> 1.18.2

Hi,

Were there any changes in 1.18.2 to SPI that would require existing code to be updated on GPy? My SPI devices are not functioning on the latest firmware. SPI.Read() returns null data.

I saw @robert-hh made an update, but I am not seeing why that would have made any difference in my case.

Otherwise switching back to 1.18.1.r7 works as expected.

Same problem with the latest 1.18.2.r2. An SPI device that normally worked with 1.18.1.r7 does not work after 1.18.2.
