Beginner: pymaker: no device available

Hello, I am trying to connect gpy + pyscan to my computer. I have installed atom pymaker and it is saying "pymaker no device available". I don't even see the device in my device manager. I have been told that pyscan doesn't need upgrading since it is the new version, so that cannot be the problem. Help, I don't seem to find the problem? (I have windows 10)

I had severel problems with different USB cables. Not every cable has worked for me.

Have you tried to connect only the pyscan board (without the gpy) to your PC? Is it shown on the device manager?
