FTP over LTE

I was thinking is it possible to use the FTP functionality over a LTE connection.

the server class seems to work only over WIFI. is there anyone who tried this yet?

or does anyone know what to implement to get this working

even I was confused about it.
I didn't try it with my chegg free account yet but was planning to try this.
But implementation seems little tough.
