"Autodetect: No device available" with Atom. Working with terminal.

I am having problems to load my files to my Lopy4 while using a USB-Serial adapter (based on CP2120).
Project settings say, that I have selected the correct port (COM8). I can open a Terminal and connect to COM8 to control the RGB-LED.

However, I cannot make a connection with Atom and Pymakr 1.4.12.
Any ideas what could be the problem?
