No Answer RMA-Request?!

Hi,
one moth ago i made a RMA-request according to this post: https://forum.pycom.io/topic/3843/important-news-regarding-cat-m1-and-nb-iot-cellular-range.
I need to update my Gpy for Band 8...
Since then I have not received any answer... This is sad.
What else can i do?!

The same story for me:
I posted 2 RMAs: few months ago and than on April 26 - still no reply.
Escalated in Jira... - still no any action.
Very disappointed...

@robert-hh Thanks for the suggested email addresses, but I received no reply there either. Two weeks ago I first tried Bettina's email address, the next week, after no response, I tried the other two. The address for Paul was immediately rejected by the mail server. Sent another message to support@pycom.io and left a message on the answering machine...

Hi @Andy_N . I have the same experience with the RME process. Also after one month still waiting for support. No reaction on escalation. No answer on the 'Contact us' webform on the site. No answer yet on an email to support@pycom.io... Also disappointed.
