Official documentation : register a device in TTN doesn't mention the frame counter in ABP

Hi, i think that your Device registration in TTN tutorial is incomplete because doesn't take care of telling us that for ABP you must disable the frame counter when you create a device with ABP because if we don't do this we will have problems while making tests (unless we reset the frame counter manually each time we connect our node), as explained here TTN frame counter security, please update your documentation, thanks.
