Pymakr 1.1.0 Visual Studio Code issue

Hi,

Pymakr 1.0.0 in Visual Studio Code is hidden somewhere, I couldn't see any part of this extension. It's look like Pymakr isn't installed at all. When I switch back to v.1.0.7 everything works fine.

I'm hopping for quick fix.
