SD card on custom PCB

Hi, I'm currently working on integrating the SiPy board into a custom PCB and had questions about the SD card.
This is my current schematic. Should I ground all the non used SD card pins or just leave them non-connected ?

@robert-hh Thanks for your feedback. I even realized I had not connected VCC...

@Toholl I made also a custom board and left the unused pins if the SD card floating. In total there are only five connections, ok ncluding GND and Vcc.
