Setting up GPy as a router

Has anyone been able to set up the GPy so that when you connect to the GPy's WiFi in AP mode you have access to the LTE's internet connection. I have the LTE internet connection sorted, but I have limited understanding on the networking nuts and bolts. My searching suggests the answer lies in setting up sockets for HTTP but I'm confused on how to link the LTE and the wifi. Any clues or even a starting point would be greatly appreciated.
