EZO i2c board - Help with converting Python to uPy

Hi all,
I'am trying to use a Atlas Scientific EZO to make a LoraWAN water monitoring station.

They have some RPI exmaple code at GitHub, was hoping someone on here had any pointers on converting python to uPy? and getting the AtlasI2C.py code to work on a LoPy4.
