How to change connection method to pybytes

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to use LoRa Wan after deep sleep with a Lopy4 on expansion board V3.1 but lora.nvram_restore() can't work because the lopy4 tries to connect to pybytes using lora, so it seems like it deletes what was saved and has to do join request every time.
I have tried to update it using the firmware updater in pybytes and chose sigfox instead of LoRa but it keeps connecting using LoRa. Do you have any idea of how to change that ?
