using RT-ZS-BZ-485 uart noise sensor

Hello there,
We bought this sensor.
This is suppose to be an industrial noise sensor, with UART interface.
But so far I didn't found any english documentation for it, I only found chinese docs. Try to understand it with google translate, but it is not the best..
My best result so far, that I was able to blink an LED on it :D
Did you have any tips, or sample code for this issue? Or worst can you recommend me an outdoor noise measuring solution?
