How does Coap.send_request work ?

I can’t understand how Coap.REQUEST_DELETE works in Coap.send_request.
I am making this example https://docs.pycom.io/firmwareapi/pycom/network/coap/ and it produces the following error:

Can someone tell me how it works or sends a code.
