LoPy4+expansionboard + SHT10 sensor

I need to make a device that measures soil temperature and moisture and sends data over LoRa to thethingsnetwork.
The sensor is this https://www.seeedstudio.com/Soil-Moisture-Temperature-Sensor-p-1356.html
How can I get started? I'm new with these things so I'm quite confused.
I connected sensor VCC wire to expboard 3.3V pin and GND wire to GND pin and data wire to expboard G31. What do I do with that clock wire?
And how do I measure the temp and moisture?

@Sudosu132 You will need the pull-up resistors. For testing with the provided 1m cable the soft-pullup's of the ESP32 may be sufficient. If there is a problem, you can lower the baud rate by increasing PULSE_SHORT and PULSE_LONG.

Thanks, I just found that too but I'm still not sure how to start this. Do I need those pullup resistors for my sensors?
