If I post a comment, then spot an error and edit the comment, the update is blocked by Akismet.com
This is extremely annoying.
Are the heuristics employed by this software so basic that all they do is time requests? Surely it would be trivial to distinguish a new post from an edit of an existing post.
Can someone please adjust the settings?

@bitrat This time lock is active to prevent mass spamming. It is droppen when one gets a reputation level of three. Anyone but oneselves can raise that level by voting post up, so I did that now for you. The time lock should be gone now.
