Lipo Connectors

A very nubie question from me please - can somebody give me an accurate name for the type of LiPo power connector on the pycom boards? I can find connectors with the wires reversed but I have been unable to find a source for a correctly wired LoPi connector. Many thanks.

...Always check that the polarity if any new battery or device you use matches that of the device or battery you connect it to. Some devices have reverse polarity protections, others don’t.
It is very important to check the battery cable polarity. I missed this checking once and fried a new Expansion Board 3.1 connected to USB power, even the USB port of my notebook was damaged.

@janrinok note that the connector does not determine the use or the order if the wires, it’s just a connector.
The exact same connector is used for LiPo batteries with two different polarities. There are mostly two opposing camps:
- drones and other RC devices using batteries
- IoT devices, MCUs, boards, etc., with Adafruit probably leading the pack.
Always check that the polarity of any new battery or device you use matches that of the device or battery you connect it to. Some devices have reverse polarity protections, others don’t.

@rcolistete
Many thanks, at least I now know what I am looking for. I am surprised that I cannot find that information on any of the Pycom diagrams, but perhaps I am simply looking in the wrong place.
