Orange attach time very big

We tried GPY with Orange. The attachtime (after deepsleep) can not be less than 30s.
AT+CSQ -> 26,99 .. so the signal is very good.

After connection we got always
+CEREG: 2,1,"3716","01468401",7

There is a way to reduce the scan/attach time?

Orange said that with Quectel and the attach is around 8 secs.

Can you confirm with me you are running the latest firmware? In some of the last revisions, updates were made to the power saving mode of the LTE modem.
