Pysense2-pinout.pdf wrong numbering of External IO Header

I believe square hole is ground and should be listed as '1' rather than '6', and corresponding rest of indices should be re-ordered. Looks like the original pysense pinout had it correctly (pysense-pinout.pdf). Just FYI for a fix.

Ive been working with our datasheet designers to get this fixed. Unfortunately it still has not been fixed due to other more important work. Sorry for that,
