Uploading project (main folder)

Hello can someone help me to solve this problem?
in fact the lopy4 is blocked does not except any update of the micropython code
here is the error message:
" Uploading project (main folder)...
Safe booting device... (see settings for more info)
Safe boot failed, uploading anyway.
Upload failed: timeout. Please reboot your device manually."

Did you already try what the text suggests, to manually reboot the device?
Next to that, you can manually put the device in safeboot, using the Safeboot button: https://docs.pycom.io/gettingstarted/programming/safeboot/
