Lopy - main.py is not automatically booting up after replugging the USB

Hi Guys,
If I write something to the Lopy and run it via Pymakr as main.py file,it's running successfully and when i try to unplug the USB and plug it again or reset it,I am not able to see that main.py is not executing after boot.py.

Is there something am I missing ?

Maybe no one - because rather none of us use Pymakr
try the same with ftp e.g. Filezilla
You then can have more control about
