Expansion Board and Sipy not recognize windows 10

I just received my expansion board and Sipy, but I could not connect the unit.
The USB did not appear in control panel , I'm desperate...

Hi,

Please check for me you are using a data USB cable (not a charging-only cable) and that you have inserted the module in the correct orientation (RGB LED over the USB connector)
