I want to use Lopy4 to communicate with my mobile phone via Bluetooth, and can send or receive data. Is there any good way now? I see that Lopy4 uses LE Bluetooth. It cannot be scanned by my mobile phone, or my mobile phone can be scanned. Is there any way for me to connect to it?

I want to make an Android application to implement some simple functions, such as changing the LED lights, or obtaining data from its own sensors.
But I need to pair first, then launch an application that lists all paired devices, and then I can select the device to read/write data.
