Can't connect lopy4 using connect Device in atom with Mac

Hello,

I'am new to Lopy. After updating the wifi settings I want to connect again the lopy4 via USB again in order to update the firmware because I was not able to get Sigfox ID and PAC...

The device is not visible via USB ... I tried with a windows but still facing the same issue. ( No devices detected on usb)

Is there a way to correct this ?

Please check the USB cable. There are many charging-only USB cables out there that do not support communication.
