What is OSError code: -202 ?

How can we fix this 202 error . I wrote an plenty of emails to your company technical support team . but no one is replying.

@jcaron I update firmware of modem same as existing one then problem solved. now can communicate.

@samith-wijerathna what SIM are you using? Can you share the relevant code? As properly formatted text (using the “code” button in the editor), not as an image, please.
If you are using a Pycom-provided Vodafone NB-IoT SIM remember you can only access Pybytes through them.
