LoRaWAN duty cycle

I am interested in the duty cycle of lorawan. I know the specification for my region but does the firmware implement the duty cycle limitations when specifying a region?

I think from what I found on the forum the answer is yes but it is not clear and the posts are old. I didn't find anything in the documentation.

To make it easier, I think it would be good to indicate in the documentation whether the implementation implements the ducty cycle limitations or not.
