Problems with LoRaWAN ADR

1. adr=True is set in lora.init, but I need to also specify dr=0 in the join request for ADR to work. Is this a known bug, or just how it should be? I couldn't resolve this from the documentation.

2. I'm using an SDR to view actual LoRa traffic emitted from the pycom, when dr=0 is set in the join, then the join only generates one join request, no matter how long I wait. Removing dr=0 from the join, then the join generates a join request roughly every 10 seconds. This looks like another bug. Could someone confirm?
