Wipy on Expansion board is OK, but the same on a Pytrack2 fail !

Hello, What's the hardware difference between an expansion board 3.0 and Pytrack2?
I am faced with a problem on Pytrack2, indeed I use the same WiPy 3 with the same programming on an expansion board and on a Pytrack2 but the "Pin Handler" sequence works fine on an expansion board but does not not stop on Pytrack2!
It seems that the "break" ( line 113 ) is not executed!
Can anyone help me?
