Cannot connect device after firmware update.

I just updated the firmware for my Gpy following the instructions here https://docs.pycom.io/updatefirmware/device/ .

Everything looks fine unless VS Code cannot connect to COM3.

By the way, everything is fine before my upgrading.
This is the second device that has this issue. I don't know what's wrong with it. Does anybody can give me a hand?

@Matt-Xu-0 Make sure you check the box for flash erase before you upgrade. Also, make sure you release GPIO 0 to get out of bootloader mode.
