Universal IP67 Case

Got this case in hand it's impressive quality, love it.
Anyway looks like on design lot of things have been added to sort multiple cases, but just curious what are all these holes (even on the back of the cover) and features are for?
Would be great to know what you guys had in mind when created it and tell us what's features was designed for (except USB and SMA holes for classic pycom product of course).
Do you have any storyboard, ideas, pictures to share about using all features to help us to understand if we intend to use this enclosure for custom boards?
