I am attempting to get a SiPy module working. My first step was to upgrade the firmware to the latest version. From the documentation, I expect the summary after the upgrade to show the Sigfox ID and PAC, but my device shows only the Device ID and LoRA MAC with no Sigfox details. When I run the python code to extract the Sigfox ID and PAC, I only get a 'FFFFFFF' returned for the ID for example. It is as if the board is not aware of being Sigfox capable. I have tried the same on 3 boards, with the same result. Kindly assist please!

The model of the board is SiPy 1.0 (22) with a 'makr' carrier board.

Hi have same phenomenon with Fipy. We purchased a stock of 50 devices but could not use them since we cannot get any PAC/ID...

I saw they just release an 1.17 firmware updater, but don't know where to download it...

There's maybe also the manual edit method that I will try today...

@Vin883 , although it is not helping me solve the problem, maybe you are lucky. Here is the link:

@Christo-Vorster thanks for the link! Where did you find it? I could not get the way to download it before!
I will try to update the firmware and get Sigfox credentials tomorrow but I have little hope

Pycom did restore the Sigfox credentials in the 1.16.6 Firmware updater, so you should now be able to get your devices registered as I just did!

@Christo-Vorster and @Vin883 where do you get to buy that kind of numbers? I'm searching a lot, but everywhere is out-of-stock!
