no signal found in pybytes

we are trying to connect pybytes to our pycom board but it is showing that no signals found through this device . please resolve this problem

@Akshaya-Korrapati Pycom Inc went bankrupt about two years ago. There is no one left for support or further development. Only some servers are still online, whoever pays for power and Internet access.
