Using re library

I am trying to use the re library

but i get the error that method SUB does not exist...

i put the re library on the flash/lib folder and it does have the method SUB but somehow the sipy cannot find it...

does anyone have any issue with it or help me solve the problem?

Can you post your main.py for us please @iotmaker? Might help to work out what's happening!
