Issue connecting with PyMate?
-
Anyone having issues logging in to PyMate app? I also tried creating new account and I get "Error connecting to the server"
I'm using IOS 10.0.2. -
Hi @matrixprogrammer are you still getting this error now?
If so, can I suggest the following things:
- Update the firmware of your Pycom Board
- Ensure that PyMate is the latest version available on the App Store
Let me know how you get on!
-
@bucknall I have got the latest firmware 1.6.5.b1. The PyMate app I re-installed from the App Store. Tried to login on the app but still getting the same error.
I'm successful connecting to the board using Telnet or PyMakr. -
@matrixprogrammer hmm, I'll try it out tomorrow morning when I'm back at the office - which device are you using? LoPy?
-
@bucknall I'm using WiPy 2.0. Thank's for looking into this.

My problem is that PyMate is not going to neither register not login.
Seems like connectivity issue to the central server, no? -
