LoPy RST Pin

I'm designing a board to interface to the LoPy module. Does the LoPy need a power-on reset signal on the RST pin?

I think you can use the schematic for the reference design to be the same as the LoPy https://docs.pycom.io/pycom_esp32/_downloads/OEM-baseboard-schematic.pdf

The strapping pins are not really "addressed", I'm not sure how they would address them without unintended consequences.

I've read the datasheet but without a schematic for the LoPy I don't know what they have done on the module. I assume Pycom has already addressed the strapping pins. Is there a schematic available for the LoPy?

No, but I recommend reading the ESP32 Hardware Design Guidelines especially the section on "Strapping pins". There's also a description of ChipPU, the chip reset pin.
