LoRaWAN with multi-hop ¿HELP?

Good afternoon.
Maybe someone can help me perform multi-hop with LoRaWAN using the LoPy.
You would have to use a nanogateway that is in a tree topology with another nanogateway and also have more nodes.
It is an end-to-end communication with an intermediate node.
