Pymakr (VS Code) on Ubuntu 16.04

Hello all,
I have an issue running Pymakr on VS Code on Ubuntu 16.04.
I already installed Node.js, and plugin installation in VS code is not leading to any alarm. Anyway, I cannot see appearing the command bar with "Run" "Sync" and "Commands".

I had no issue with another installation (on W10).

You know what should I check further?

edit: I'm using 32bit versions
edit2: I'm using 0.1.7 Pymakr and latest VSC version. I also tried to rollback VSC to July 17 version (1.15) but still no success
