Troubleshooting lte connections
-
Hi,
I'm trying to connect to a private network using NB-IOT, but when I try to lte.connect() I always get a False.
How can I check whether there is a problem with the SIM or I'm not even "seeing" the network.
Should I be able to check for existing networks in the vicinity?Thanks,
Shedaim

@shedaim There is a problem in the lte.attach() API concerning parsing the response from the network. @xykon adresses this in a trial firmware build at [LINK NO LONGER AVAILABLE]
Please download and install that (install from file). It may fix you problem.

@arneme We have a lab environment with a band 28 CAT-M1 and NB-IOT.

@shedaim Private network? The FiPy and GPy will only search for LTE NB-IoT and Cat M1 network in licensed bands. What do you mean with private? Licensed band requires an operator.
