Send Text File from Webserver to Lopy?

Is it possible to send a text file from a webserver/homepage to a copy in the Flash directory?
If so, is there any information about it?

Depends on a lot of circumstances.

Use WiFi and simply upload the file using FTP.
LoRa will need more code and tiny files.
