Cant start after flash

Hello,
I just buy a fipy, but no extension board.
I try to flash the firmware with a serial converter as explained here, https://github.com/pycom/pycom-documentation/blob/master/getting-started/hardwaresetup/fipy.md with the update software.
Flash succeed, but if I try to boot the device I only have this on serial connection:

Ok solved using 5v as vcc nor 3.3v for the boot
