If I type something I'm interested in into the search box I get a list. But clicking on any topic in that list doesn't take me to that topic. What am I doing wrong?
-
Clicking the items works for me (without pressing enter) when using Safari on ipad.
-
@Martinnn Similar configuration (Chrome & Win7). Search pop-up is not clickable. I have to press enter. But I know that the firewall here suppresses some active content.
-
@kjm here (Win 7, chrome) the list is clickable without having to press ENTER.
-
@kjm Ah indeed. Had never seen that one, looks like I type return too quickly for it too appear.
-
@robert-hh Yep you're right I have to hit return before I try to click on a topic.
-
@kjm Same here. If I then press enter in the search box, I get a list of clickable items.

@jcaron !

@kjm Maybe if you shared the search you made, showed us exactly where you click, and what happens when you do, someone would be able to understand your actual issue. In my cases I have no issues with search, clicking on the title of any of the search results does correctly bring to the relevant post.

I tried chrome in an ubuntu vm & internet explorer on Windows10, neither work with that search box!
-
@kjm I had it sometimes that security setting suppressed parts of the web pages. But in you case it should not. So just try a different browser. I have no issue with Firefox or Chrome on Linux. I made a quick check with Edge on Windows 10. Fine too. The Windoẃs 10 I have is just e minimal install in a VM. I never installed Chrome there.

I'm running chrome on a windoes10 machine Rob and I've got internet, what exactly do you mean by 'check internet setting'?
-
@kjm Not an issue for me. Each item in the list has a title. Clicking on that title brings be to that item. If that does nto work for you, change the browser or check the internet setting.
