Is it broken? Is so how do i return for replacement? I have 2 doing this?

  • I had the same issue on LOPY4 boards and seems is related with the watchdog.
If the watchdog is started and you do P2+GND (bootloader mode) then press reset... always you got this cycled error.
The workaround is to put P2+GND (bootloader mode) and unplug then plug power

The issue is reproduced on several boards with LOPY4.

  • This post is deleted!

  • Was this issue resolved? I am having the same problem with the lopy4.

  • @misterlisty How are you powering the FiPy?

  • @misterlisty That looks like an interface problem. Do you use an expansion board? Maybe that is broken or has broken or worn contacts.

  • Tried reflashing but something is wrong...sometimes it connects ie serial com working..sometime scrambled characters

  • @misterlisty Since the devicve is complaining, it is not dead. Try to re-flash the firmware. Maybe you loaded the wrong firmware to the device. Also: check cables, power supply, ...
