Unable to login/connect to Sigfox API

I have an LoPy4 which I am using with Sigfox. When I try to add this device and enable the Sigfox network, I get sent to the screen to add my Sigfox API credentials. I put in the userid/password that I use to sign on the backend.sigfox.com but I get an error message that 'An error occurred... check your Sigfox credentials'. I know the userid/password are correct for backend.sigfox.com and verified them by logging in directly.

Are the backend.sigfox.com userid/password what I am supposed to enter? If yes, why isn't this working? If no, what userid/password am I supposed to use?
