Serial console is not shown

Hi!
I have received Gpy board with expansion board 3.1. I update expansion board and pycom GPy. But when I try to do a serial conection the console is now shown. I have try the firmware v1.20.2.rc10 and v1.20.1.r2. But I have always the same result.
When I press the reset button the screen will show the following:

@Gijs I couldn't typing command and Ctrl+C or Ctrl+D it didn't work. I cleanned the device but it didn't work.
I have just resolved after 6 hours... The problem is that for some reason this GPy dont like pybytes firmware. I installed 1.18.2.r7 and now it's work. This is a shame that I can't install the last version of GPy.
What development board needs so many hours to put it into work?......
I am disappointed with this board. And that this type of thing is not indicated on the web ( it seems to happen to more people this problem)

What happens if you start typing python commands into the terminal, even though the >>> is not shown? It could be caused by the old main.py and boot.py files on the device already running. You can clear the device as well using the firmware updater tool
