Trying to get LTE connection working

I've been using LoRa and WiFI with two LOPY4 cards and one FIPY card for a few months now. I'm trying to migrate to LTE now. With that said, I can not get the LTE interface to work. To get greater visibility I posted my setup and results on stackoverflow. Here is the post
