Unable to Update Firmware - Failed to Connect to ESP32

Hello,

I'm trying to update the firmware on my LoPy1 board with an expansion board 3.0. It used to work fine, but now I'm getting the error shown in the attached image. The LoPy also warms up when its plugged in. Anyone have any tips at fixing this?

Have you checked you've got the correct comm port & that your repl program (eg Atom) is closed?
