I tried to update my device, the update worked successfully but when I connect it to Atom, i can't more upload my code

I suggest you try the safeboot as it suggests: https://docs.pycom.io/gettingstarted/programming/safeboot/. It could be the case your wipy is still running some code that cannot be cancelled (like sleeping). Instead, you could use the firmware updater tool and click erase flash in the advanced section
