Hotspot never registers

Has anyone had the trouble that the hotspot just never seems to register? There are no error messages it just never gets added to my account.

I never got it to register, and support vanished once bankruptcy was announced. I suspect it was related as Pycom were supposed to be paying the initial registration fee and the only way to register is through their own app… @Patryk-Grabowski

So what should we do next? They have send Product which doesnt work at all

I am having the same problems no hot spot register. Lost count on how many times I have rebooted the device it's just not working now so frustrating.

I can connect via Bluetooth using the app, get through all the required screens but when it says it’s registering nothing ever happens @DC

I haven't had any problems onboarding them. So you can pair it with BT and go through the motions?
