Lopy P8 Pin is always HIGH

I'm a little bit frustrated about this.
p = Pin("P8", mode=Pin.OUT) p.value(0)The pin is always high.
According the LoPy pinout this pin is not reserved...
What I miss?

I upgraded the board to 1.6.10.b1 and it is ok.
But there is another behavior still running. P19 is delivering only 2.65V on High... And I really need that pin....
